Simply put, a Word Cloud is an image of words extracted from text. As the frequency of a word increases, so does its size.
A great example of using a Word Cloud is to create an image from your customer reviews. Many filler words like ‘a’, ‘the’ ‘will’, along with many others are removed since these words don’t really reveal much meaning or are of much importance. If you were working as a copywriter, a Word Cloud would create the visual image so that frequently used words ‘stand out’ and are prominent.
Word Clouds are a fun and exciting way to discover the real meaning in the message. Understanding the text, regardless of its origin generally reveals interesting content.
